Even though we work for over 50 clients on 200 projects, we still find out time grab a bite or shake a leg to various occasions throughout the year. Our policies are highly people-centric because we believe that a happy employee brings about a satisfied client.
And a satisfied client is paramount at CSM. Therefore, if there are events we have to work doubles, there are also opportunities when we make our environment befit the people we stand for. This comes from years of experience of honing people on their best fit, push for that extra mile, and excel even under duress.
